How to Request a Return
Submit a Request – Email support@trynase.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.
Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Ship the Item – If approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
